Im 5ft 4 inches and weigh 100 kgs .51 years old .obese .cant run , suffer from asthma bp , diabetes .I want to loose weight and am making efforts to do so .
I have started a “sugar free ” + 10000 steps per day challenge to bring some change in my life
yesterday was good as I was able to control my craving for sugar and lived the full day without any icecream ,cold drinks or sweets .I did walk for 10000 steps and left tired and good .By evening my mouth was bitter but I stayed on
I had salad for dinner and some roti with vegetable .Had some lime juice and some pumkin juice .
Each day is a new day and as I journey I want to record my experiences .
